  • Your retreat begins! After arriving in Playa del Carmen, settle into our boutique hotel before meeting your fellow Flow&Connect fairies for a warm welcome gathering. We'll share intentions, make new connections, and celebrate the start of our adventure with a delicious welcome dinner.

  • Begin the day with a 2-hour Seamless Spinning pole workshop with Louise, exploring fluid transitions, picture perfect shapes, and the art of creating continuous spin. Continue the journey by experiencing the rich flavours and traditions of Mexico through a traditional Mayan cooking class. Finish the day with a relaxing stretching session.

  • Step back in time as we explore the archaeological site of Cobá, wandering among the ancient Maya ruins hidden within the jungle. Then cool off with an unforgettable dive into the crystal-clear waters of a hidden cenote. Close out the day with a quick, energizing workout designed to get your glutes burning, followed by a relaxing splits-focused stretching session.

  • You will start your morning with a 4-hour Flow Immersion workshop with Louise, diving deeper into her signature style and exploring seamless transitions and expressive movement both on and off the pole. Let yourself move freely in this special experience, where part choreography meets movement exploration.

    In the evening we will have a cacao ceremony, a heart-opening experience inspired by ancient traditions.

  • Take a pause from the studio and flow into the beauty of the Caribbean with a half-day boat excursion to Cozumel. Discover the iconic El Cielo sandbar, where crystal-clear waters, soft white sand, and endless blue horizons create a truly unforgettable experience.

    Swim, relax, explore, and enjoy a magical day surrounded by the ocean’s natural beauty.

  • Start your final day with a special sunrise workshop… Psst bring your swimsuit! After this refreshing and memorable experience, enjoy the freedom to relax, explore at your own pace, or squeeze in some last-minute shopping. Then, come together in the evening for a memorable farewell dinner and one final celebration of the incredible journey you’ve shared!

  • A final morning to slow down, share memories, and celebrate the beautiful journey we’ve created together. Time to say goodbye with full hearts, new friendships, and unforgettable moments to take home.

  • This retreat is open to pole dancers of all levels. Whether you're looking to refine your technique, build confidence, or simply enjoy an unforgettable week with like-minded people, you'll be welcomed and supported.

  • Some previous pole experience is recommended so you can get the most out of the workshops. Sessions will include progressions and modifications to suit different skill levels.

  • The retreat price is based on shared accommodation with twin beds. If you'd like a little extra privacy, we're happy to arrange a private room for an additional fee, subject to availability.

  • Please book your flights to Cancún International Airport (CUN). While airport transfers are not included, we'll share our recommended transfer options and everything you need to get to the hotel with ease.

  • Yes. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and activities during the retreat.

  • Absolutely! Many guests travel solo. The retreat is designed to foster connection, and you'll quickly feel part of the group.

  • We've limited the retreat to just 12 spots so we can share a truly personal experience together.

  • A 500USD deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance and cancellation terms will be outlined during the booking process.
